Redmond comes alive in the middle of the summer when the biggest and best county fairs this side of the Cascades comes to town..  For all ages, the Deschutes County Fair is always a good time filled with entertainment, music andmany traditional fair events.  Visitors can also enjoy attractions in the area like the 1800's Western-themed Crooked River Dinner Train and Operations Santa Claus, a working reindeer ranch.
